Lake Hills Trunk / NW Lake Sammamish Interceptor Sewer Upgrade

This project involved replacing the Lake Hills Trunk with a new pipeline, repairing the existing NW Lake Sammamish Interceptor, and constructing a new parallel pipe to the NW Lake Sammamish Interceptor to increase system reliability and add capacity.

The 1 Alliance is providing surveying and mapping services to develop a topographic and right-of-way base map sufficient for engineering design. Through the acquisition of aerial services, 1 Alliance oversaw the production of a digital orthophoto of the project area of alignment and prepared a contour map of the alignment. Other work elements included project control establishment, utility research and mapping, aerial mapping, topographic surveying, right-of way resolution, easement exhibits and legal descriptions, and AutoCAD deliverable generation.
